Free shipping on all orders over £35 within the UK

We use Royal Mail to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. This policy applies to all UK and international orders placed through our WooCommerce store.

Free UK Shipping

Free standard Royal Mail shipping on all UK orders over £35.
The free shipping option will be automatically applied at checkout when your order subtotal reaches £35.

UK Delivery Options

Working days = Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 12pm GMT are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from WooCommerce once your order is on its way.

Tracking your order

Standard (2nd Class) – Not tracked. Proof of postage is kept.
Tracked 48 / Tracked 24 – Tracking number included in your dispatch email.
Special Delivery – Fully tracked with signature on delivery.

Lost or delayed parcels

Standard delivery: Please allow 10 working days from dispatch before contacting us.
Tracked deliveries: If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with neighbours or your local sorting office within 2 days.
If Royal Mail confirms a parcel as lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail strikes, extreme weather, or customs (for international orders).

International delivery

We ship to select countries using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

Please note: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

What if I’m not home?

Royal Mail will:

Leave your parcel in a safe place (if you authorised this)
Post it through your letterbox if it fits
Leave a “Something for you” card with instructions to reschedule delivery or collect from your local delivery office

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will charge a re-shipping fee (or refund the order minus original shipping costs).
